Agent Jennie Dornbusch has over 11 years of experience in insurance sales, along with
19 years in the nursing home industry prior to opening her insurance agency in 1998. Jennie qualified for the distinguished J D Power award 4 out of the 4 years it was available, an award based on superior customer service. Jennie also does volunteer work as a court appointed special advocate (CASA), the Carroll Township Historical Committee, and the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
Agent Dan Wilhelm has over 24 years of experience in insurance sales, with 12 years working in the insurance industry prior to opening his own insurance agency in 1998. Dan qualified for the distinguished J D Power award each year that it was available, an award based on superior customer service, and is a member of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce.
After operating their own separate insurance agencies for 11 years, Jennie and Dan have now joined forces to create the Ottawa County Agency. As independent insurance agents representing over 10 top rated companies, they are able to match clients with the best company and the best price according to their needs.
Our agency's assistant Chris Wilhelm has 40 years experience in the insurance industry. Chris has been handling agency customer service and administration for the past 11 years, and was the Assistant to the Manager at Prudential Insurance in Maumee, Ohio prior to that. She is also the author of our Ottawa County Agency blog.
